ARE YOU READY FOR FEMALE LEADERSHIP? - My daily reflections are of the high temperatures and my increased water consumption. The bliss of a swimming pool nearby, as I make use of our communal pool at last! Chapter twenty-two Balancing The Field Of Play is under review and in this chapter I am concentrating again on the females who have been able to take up positions of power. Where would the differences be between male and female leadership? The strategies and ethics would be so diverse I believe. I continue to keep track of the movements on the shatranj board as well! THE BLUE SKIES OF SUMMER AS SEEN OUT OF MY BACK WINDOW!

GAS, BURGER AND FRIES, WHERE FROM THOUGH? - Winners or Losers, Are There Any?, is the title of the chapter for review in this post. I am pondering on the possible strategies of Mr. Russia and checking back on the shatranj board to see what the current state of play is! Suddenly everyone is looking for new gas suppliers, I wonder why? In this chapter of my book I take an indepth look at the Algerian gas supply and its three underground/undersea pipelines that bring it to the European continent. It was a year ago that a Russian buyer took over the former American burger giant´s outlets and I have a dig to see if he has been as good as his word. POST NO.27/IN - Published 24th August 2023 (A 10 minute read)

MAN-KIND, BORN OR BRED TO LEAD? - Continuing on with the three blondes (Putin, Johnson and Biden), it is Mr. UK and Mr. USA, who are focused upon in chapter twenty-four of my book, entitled Where Are Those Good Men? I reveal more of the personalities of these two leaders and their careers prior to reaching the top position in politics. By defining their personal characters, I begin to build my scheme of classification. I have a good, long ramble down my memory lane of youth and revisit a musical gig and remember the political environment of those times. WHERE ARE OUR MODERN MARKET SQUARE HEROES? - Having assessed the "three blondes" and found out more about them, now I have to classify them. What types of men are they? For my line of thinking, it is the Market Square Hero type who make the better leaders! But we have also got the Garden Partiers like Mr. UK of the time, Boris Johnson! Then there are the Waiverers like Mr. USA Biden but there are also the Cool Heads and one of those rests on the shoulders of another Market Square Hero type. Those shoulders belonging to Mr. China and it is his turn to come under the spotlight. Personality, it is all about the personality of the male! FORWARD PROGRESS REQUIRES BREAKING CYCLES! - The human world runs around and around on the same cycles of erroneous living patterns. Our monarchies, governments and gods, those who have dominated US all, have been those leading the way. They have benefitted every step of the way, building their own wealth and strength at the same time as they drain the goodly human being as their work tools/subjects. Them and us, how much longer can we accept living in this way. Chapter twenty-six of my book is titled Breaking Cycles and I look more closely at these unions of folk of supposedly high birth. WHAT IS A MAN REALLY; DO THEY EVEN KNOW? - Onto chapter twenty-seven of my book review titled, Brave Men, Bold Sons, Prince Charmings and Hissing, Spitting, Venomous Toads!! All men have a core character but the teaching of man-kind breeds each male into a very nasty creature. I am continuing to look at the female deception of the male and why it is so. My heroine Eleanor of Aquitane did not fare any better in her day and I explore more of Eleanor and her first marriage. I include quotes from the chapter and the photo is of my book´s front cover. MAN-KIND; GROOM, SPELL CASTER OR BOTH? - Moving towards the end of the book now and onto chapter twenty-eight "And They All Lived Happily Ever After!" How many couples do live happily ever after in reality? Not many! Primarily because our male was putting on an act when we met him, we did not meet the real HIM until we had made a decision to become permanently tied to him!! As I explore with the second marriage of Eleanor of Aquitane, it matters not whether you be a Queen, Princess, Duchess or little woman, we are all DUPED! Man-kind´s kiss of slow death has been administered! POST NO.32/IN - Published 1st October 2023 (A 10 minute read)

COULD MEN BECOME INDEPENDENT OF WOMEN? - Well, that remains to be seen? I am questioning in this twenty-ninth chapter of my book, why we are not teaching males independence skills. The review of the book continues and I am now looking at the average males and females and how we fare in our relationships. No better than our wealthy and titled folk, of course! With less money available though, as females we have been led to an unwanted dependence on males. With female assertiveness on the rise, the dependence on males is in decline and the secondary effects of that are becoming very visible. ARE MALES GETTING THEIR WIRES CROSSED? - The list of new collectives grows and I am trying to work out why this is so. Is it that the man-made stereotype of the macho male does not suit all males? Is it not that many males do not identify with that ugly stereotype? I believe that is the root cause of every male who is getting their wires crossed. Really they all want to be their own man but as yet, still lack the courage to TRULY be their own men. Homosexual stereotypes exist too; no, it is not easy for our males! MY PENULTIMATE CHAPTER; BITTER SWEET SENSATIONS! - On to the last but one chapter of my second book and I am rounding up my conclusions of another full circle completed. I am sharing my thoughts and feelings regarding the act of writing down your thoughts and just how therapeutic that can be. To the extent that coming to the end of a project is a painful phase to go through. I catch up again with Dr. John Nash in this chapter as well. He who was so very misunderstood and have a look at his life and career. I include quotes from this chapter and there is another photo of my book. I have got to show it off!! POST NO.35/IN - Published 19th October 2023 (A 10 minute read)

ROUNDING OFF " ON THE INSIDE LOOKING OUT"! - The final chapter and I am sadly rounding up this piece of work by looking back at my last chapter of my first book in which I assessed my own levels of faith, belief and hope. Did I have any reason to believe, or have faith and as such, FEEL some hope somewhere? Checking back, I found that yes, I had made some solid choices and those people were still giving me good reason to continue to keep my faith with them. Thirty-five posts worth of reviewing this book and giving a very indepth insight into the material within. I have enjoyed looking back at those twelve months of my life (September 2021 to July 2022), which I spent writing this book and remembering all that was going on in my personal life during that period. It has helped me see just how far I have come psychologically in the last three years.

TIME waits for no one and it is the same for me too! So, it is goodbye to ON THE INSIDE LOOKING OUT and on to something new. I hope you all enjoy the read and if you are even reading these words here; thank you so much for looking my way. I would love to hear your comments and thoughts.
